Imogen Jackson

Nursery Owner

My name is Imogen, I am the nursery owner. I have owned the nursery since 2015 and have loved every step of building the nursery here it is today. I strive to make sure we have the best team and environment for our children. I enjoy supporting the staff and making sure we have a welcoming, positive and happy atmosphere here at Jumbles. I make sure we keep our home from home feel and ensure children are always happy and most of all having fun every day! We have lots of new plans for the nursery coming up for our families and we cannot wait to roll these out in the future!
Fun Fact: I can ice skate backwards and I used to take part in lots of drama productions singing and dancing!

Sophie Taylor

Nursery Manager

My name is Sophie Taylor and I have a BA Honours degree in Early Childhood Studies, and I am also a qualified Early Years Teacher. Working with children has always been a passion of mine as I believe we are all here to provide children with the very best start in their life. I am passionate and enthusiastic and driven to ensure every child gets all the support and stimulation they need to grow. I have been in childcare since 2018 and have loved every single second of it and cannot wait to do it for the rest of my life. My perspective of my role is I am an investor in our children and preparing them to one day rule this world!
Fun Fact: I can sing the alphabet backwards and I am a qualified tap dance teacher!

My name is Scarlett and I have my Level 2 in childcare. Working as a room leader at Jumbles Nursery is super fun and I love what I do. I love the vibrant energy of young children and the opportunity to foster their growth and development. Each day brings new challenges and joys, whether it s watching master a new skill or creating engaging activities that spark their curiosity. Being able to guide a team and collaborate with families to support each child’s unique journey is rewarding. Its a privilege to be part of their early experiences, shaping their love for learning and helping them build a strong foundation for the future.
Fun Fact: In school I came first in cross country in the whole of Bolton!

Roz Thomas

Room Leader

My Name is Roz and I chose early years after bringing my own children up for 10 years and loving watching them grow and learn gave me the inspiration to begin to learn myself. I was, and still am, mesmerised how children learn and how unique they are. Through studying and achieving my Level 3 I realise I chose the right path for me as I adore each and every child and embrace the differences, abilities and personalities. It is an absolute please to be a part of their lives and imprint on their early education!
Fun Fact: One of my personal achievements is I can count 1 to 10 in seven different languages. I love fun facts no matter how random! I can fit 33 maltsters in my mouth!

Chloe Norris

Nursery Practitioner

My name is Chloe, and I am level 3 qualified early years practitioner. I have always dreamt of working with children from such a young age. I love watching the children laugh, smile and have so much fun at nursery each day! My goal as a practitioner is to make an environment which is safe, engaging and age appropriate for a child to thrive. This has a positive impact on their learning and help children develop skills to support them throughout their lives!
Fun Fact: When I was younger I used to be the captain of a dance team which also gave me the skill to do a handstand which I can still do!

Lucy Sharrock

Room Leader

My name is Justine Sharrock however now go by my middle name – Lucy. I have been working in nurseries since 2021 and love every second of it! I work in the baby room and feel confident in my knowledge of their development and milestones. I always knew I wanted a teaching role and there is no greater job than being a nursery practitioner and helping children start their learning journey from the very early stages of life.
Fun Fact: I have had 10 dogs, 2 budges, 2 guinea pigs, 2 hamsters, 10 chickens and a snake as pets in my lifetime (not at all at the same time)!
